A report from inside the Manhattan prison where Jeffrey Epstein was being held while awaiting trial on intercourse trafficking costs revealed that his buttocks had been just 1 to 1.5 inches above the floor when prison employees found him hanged.

Prison data didn’t point out when the last search of the accused intercourse trafficker’s cell was performed. An investigation by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) found that SHU employees hadn’t performed any 30-minute rounds after around 10:40 p.m. on Aug. 9, and none of the required SHU inmate counts had been performed after 4 p.m. that day.
