Fox News bizarrely halted their coverage to cut to live footage of President Donald Trump’s Cabinet assembly.

During the Tuesday, Aug. 26 episode of Fox News’ America Reports, the community’s interview with one of their political correspondents was abruptly cut off to tune in for the remarks made by one of Trump’s Cabinet members. During the Cabinet assembly, Trump was joined by his Vice President JD Vance, Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, Attorney General Pam Bondi and other members of his adminsitration. The assembly was held to talk about a quantity of points including commerce and the use of federal sources to crack down on crime.

This assembly comes after Trump revealed his controversial plans to deploy the National Guard to major cities like New York and Chicago. Trump beforehand cracked down on crime in Washington D.C. where he deployed around 2,000 troops and positioned town police under direct federal control.

In another stunning update, Trump announced during the Cabinet assembly that his administration will search the death penalty in homicide circumstances in the nation’s captial.
