Fox News fans turn on thin-skinned Trump amid | TV Shows

Fox News halted its programming to livestream President Donald Trump, 79, signing an Executive Order at a press convention, during which he had a tense second with an ABC reporter on Friday.

Trump has had points with Internal Revenue Service over the past 12 months, particularly after gutting its funding. On January 28, retirees spoke up about not receiving their funds following the Trump administration’s transfer to intestine federal companies through Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and the latest authorities shutdown.

The ABC News journalist introduced up the subject and requested, “Why are you suing the IRS?”

This was in relation to the news that the president sued the IRS and the Treasury Department for $10 billion, accusing the federal companies of failing to stop the leak of the president’s tax data to news shops between 2018 and 2020.

The go well with, which was filed in a Florida federal court this week, named the president’s sons, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., and the Trump Organization as plaintiffs.

On Friday, Trump tightened his eyes at the reporter and requested, “Who are you with?” to which she replied, “ABC News.”

Trump pointed his finger at another journalist and said, “Go ahead.”

He interrupted again and completed, “ABC is one of the worst.”

Viewers took to their socials and slammed the president for his harsh treatment of the reporter. They claimed he failed to control his anger in entrance of the press.

One view wrote, “Thin-skinned.”

Another viewer argued, “Trump could just answer a question for once — this whole “pretend news” line is getting very tired.”

A 3rd said, “Trump will do absolutely anything to deflect and not answer any real questions.”

Although the president’s actions had been slammed by naysayers, Trump also had a supporter who cheered, “That’s how you deal with bullies!”

On Thursday, January 29, the legal submitting claimed that the disclosure of Trump and the Trump Organization’s non-public tax data resulted in “reputational and financial harm, public embarrassment, unfairly tarnished their business reputations, portrayed them in a false light, and negatively affected President Trump and the other Plaintiffs’ public standing.”

In 2024, former IRS contractor Charles Edward Littlejohn of Washington, D.C., who was employed by protection and national security technology company Booz Allen Hamilton, obtained a five-year prison sentence after admitting he leaked tax data about Trump and others to media shops.

Trump’s lawsuit claimed that Littlejohn’s leaks to media shops “caused reputational and financial harm to Plaintiffs and adversely impacted President Trump’s support among voters in the 2020 presidential election.”
