Fox News viewers turn on network for polls – TV – | TV Shows
Fox News viewers had been less than impressed with the network during their Tuesday, March 3, broadcasts, as they quoted polls on the continuing battle with Iran as they talked about a contentious Republican Primary race in Texas, with many slamming the conservative network for utilizing the numbers collected in their report.
The network’s morning show, Fox and Friends, aired a story on what the assorted candidates–particularly current Senator John Cornyn, District Attorney Ken Paxton, and Representative Wesley Hunt, who are all vying for the Republican nomination for Cornyn’s seat, which is up for grabs in November’s midterms–and their response to the current battle.
However, as Aisnley Earhardt quoted a current GWN/IPSOS ballot on the battle, which discovered that 43 p.c of Americans disapprove of the battle, while 27 p.c approve and 29 p.c aren’t sure, many Fox viewers expressed ire over the statistics.
Several took to social media to slam the network, calling out that they’d quoted the ballot, which they slammed as “garbage.”
“Why are these garbage polls being used? Who is pushing the use of them? There is Absolutely No way these numbers are even close to representative! Zero credibility! So done with the fake noise to create more bogus contention when the reality is virtually EVERYONE supports Trump!” one particular person fumed on X.
“Why do you bother to post these garbage polls,” another echoed. “Unless people are informed of the fact that Iran itself admitted to having 460 kg of enriched uranium which would result in 11 nuclear bombs then no polls should be taken seriously.”
Several others expressed related sentiments.
“Hey @foxandfriends and @FoxNews how about dumping your polling for now? It is never honest and it certainly does not serve our country at this time,” one particular person said, while another added, “Screw the polls.”
“This smacks of BS, as GWN polls so often do,” another wrote. “Even my Democrat acquaintances in California support the military action in Iran.”
“Fox polls are always slanted toward the democrat position. Why do you keep the same incompetents running fox inaccurate polls year after year?” another requested.
The GWN ballot was launched on March 1, sooner or later after Operation Epic Fury, a joint strike between Israel and the United States on Iran, was launched.
The battle has led to the death of Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. More than 40 extra members of the nation’s management have also been said to have been killed in the strikes. As many as 737 Iranians have been killed thus far, with 11 Israelis and the six U.S. service members also confirmed as casualties.
