Is the Karmelo Anthony Trial the Distraction

The Democrat Party might actually use some racial unrest proper about now, and they’re probably to get it courtesy of the Karmelo Anthony trial at the moment happening in McKinney, Texas. 

Anthony, 19, is on trial for the homicide of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf at a high college monitor meet in April of 2025. The prosecution alleges that Anthony, who is black, stabbed Metcalf, who was white, after Metcalf requested Anthony to depart his crew’s tent. Cameras should not allowed in the courtroom, but a number of reporters current have been relaying the arguments and the testimony on social media, and it does not sound prefer it’s going nicely for the protection.

As RedState beforehand reported, it was never a query of if Anthony was accountable for the stabbing – he admitted it to law enforcement shortly after the incident. The jury will need to resolve why he did it, and it feels like even the protection witnesses aren’t ready to reply that query. Self-defense is the declare of Anthony’s supporters, but that concept appears to be going down in flames as the trial appears to be nearing its end.

From the above post from reporter J.D. Miles of the local CBS affiliate, it seems that a protection witness on the stand Monday admitted he did not need to testify because a lot of what he told police after the stabbing was “guessing” and that he did not actually “remember” the incident. Court watchers suppose the case might go to the jury soon, probably as early as Monday afternoon (although, if issues are going as badly for the protection as is being reported, a plea deal might conceivably emerge).

Equally newsworthy has been the circus happening outdoors the courthouse. Supporters of both sides have tussled as they await the final result, but the uncivilized antics and incendiary rhetoric coming from the Karmelo Anthony facet are jaw-dropping (if not utterly predictable).

One of the most stunning issues I witnessed today was this girl in pink screaming “you gon end up like Metcalf, you gone be pushing up daisies”. 

I caught the tail end of her saying this to Metcalf supporters in the clip below. 

I also witnessed a number of Karmelo supporters get extraordinarily aggressive when ANY media tried talking with them. 

One feminine reporter went up to the group to ask questions (linked below) and they immediately bought offended saying “we told y’all to stop coming the f*ck over here” (this was her first attempt at talking to them). 

At this level I began warning every reporter who was attempting to communicate with this group, as earlier, another local reporter had tapped on the shoulder of the man who leads their chants. This man immediately squared up and acted like the reporter had punched him. 

I’ve been protecting protests for 7 years and this is some of the most violent and racially charged rhetoric I’ve ever encountered.

This is just a mere style of what’s to come. The kindling is being set by Anthony’s supporters, and the trial’s final result can be the flame. And that’s because, despite the final result, the race baiters have a ready-made excuse at hand to gentle cities on fire – and Democrats can be holding the flamethrower.

A guilty verdict or a plea deal? Another younger black man has been unfairly punished by the judicial system! Let’s riot.

An acquittal? This faultless younger black man was unfairly focused by the judicial system! Let’s riot.

And the Democrat Party is rubbing its palms with glee. They love nothing more than summers of riots, and this setup is just too excellent. While they twist themselves into rhetorical knots attempting to defend a Nazi (sham) oyster farmer who mocks veterans and mistreats ladies – and has probably finished worse on the Kik app – the Karmelo Anthony trial is the reply to their sinister prayers and their Graham Platner-sized drawback. American cities being looted and burned is the very distraction they need.

Even better, the teen takeovers that have been blighting city areas in current months – one thing Democrat mayors will not tackle because the chaos is the level – dovetail properly with the brewing unrest. These youngsters have a long, scorching summer season stretching before them and nothing better to do. 

So watch McKinney intently. Whatever the jury decides, the narrative machine is already warming up, the activists are already primed and prepared to go, and Democrats are already getting ready to squeeze every last drop of political juice out of another tragedy.

If you see strategically-placed pallets of bricks all of the sudden popping up in your neighborhood or legal professionals start carrying Molotov cocktails, you will know the Democrats have mobilized, and issues are about to kick off. Never let a disaster go to waste, after all.
