I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! viewers are cut up over comic Ruby Wax‘s behaviour in the direction of fellow contestant Angry Ginge, with some demanding her removing from the camp.

The 72-year-old star, who joined the ITV collection alongside TV presenter Alex Scott, Emmerdale‘s Lisa Riley, and actuality star Jack Osbourne, has been accused of ‘disrespecting’ YouTube sensation Angry Ginge, whose real identify is Morgan Burtwistle.

Despite only being in the camp for a few hours, some fans are already calling for Ruby to be evicted after she requested Angry Ginge to transfer out of her gentle and made enjoyable of his identify. However, when Alex Scott requested what they need to call him, Angry Ginge prompt: “Ginge or Morgan.” To which Ruby responded: “We’ll never call you that.”

When requested about his surname, Angry Ginge revealed it was “Burtwistle,” prompting Ruby to joke: “Oh, I see why you changed it. It’s so not cool.”

She later told him to “get out of [her] way” on digicam, including: “Don’t ever in this show get in my way. Do you understand? Especially when there’s a light. You’re in my light again. I’ll just be moving you throughout the show, okay?”

Whilst some viewers discovered Ruby’s wit entertaining, others took issue with her remarks. “Good god, Ruby might be the rudest celeb I’ve ever seen on this show #ImACeleb,” one posted on X.

Another commented: “Get rid of ruby right now, don’t you DARE disrespect ginge like that #ImACeleb.” Whilst a third shared a GIF of somebody being thrown out of a home with the caption: “Ruby Wax once the public vote opens #ImACeleb.”

A fourth posted: “Already decided that I don’t want to watch Ruby on my TV for the next 3 weeks #ImACeleb.”

Others turned to TikTookay to specific their disapproval of Ruby, with one viewer stating: “Get Ruby Wax off im a celebrity NOW!! !” Another commented, “She was so rude to him for no reason.”

Nevertheless, other fans noticed no issue with Ruby’s jokes. “All these idiot Gen Zs’s not getting Ruby Wax’s humour. She’s a comedy legend. #ImACeleb,” one supporter posted.

Another commented: “Absolutely fascinated at people not realising ar Ruby is a force of sarcastic 80s/90s female comedy. #ImACeleb.” A third added: “Absolutely delighted that Ruby Wax has peeved half the nation already. A legend, a comedic icon, a diva. #ImACeleb.”

Ruby’s buddy, Kathy Lette, featured on Lorraine this morning to talk about Ruby on the programme, predicting that she’s going to change into Queen of the Jungle. “Her only competition, I think, will be Jack [Osbourne] because he’s so capable and calm, but she’ll take him out,” she remarked.

Fans of I’m A Celebrity are sure they’ve observed another spat brewing after last evening’s episode, with rapper Aitch giving Angry Ginge a stern speaking to in the camp.

Following Angry Ginge’s suggestion that he may extinguish the campfire by blowing on it, Aitch requested him: “Can I have a word?” He then told him, “You’re being stupid.”
