The Kaseya Center in Miami, Fla. will host the exhibition boxing match between influencer-turned-boxer Jake Pauland former multiple-division champion Gervonta “Tank” Davis on Nov. 14. It’s a matchup between David and Goliath.
Paul stands over six toes tall. Davis is 5’5″. Paul regularly competes at 200 pounds. Davis’ weighed in for his last fight at 133.8 pounds in March. The state of Georgia declined to host the fight due to the weight discrepancy. Despite the overwhelming size and reach advantage, Paul considers Davis his toughest test.
“I’m locked in I do know this is my hardest struggle. He’s undefeated, extremely expert, most skilled fighter I’ve fought, Top 5 pound-for-pound, so I’ve to have the best model of myself,” Paul told GWN Sports.
“I do know how fast he’s. I do know how strong he’s. I consider I’m stronger, more athletic. That’s my benefit going into the struggle, but he just about has every other benefit, so I’m locked in, totally centered, feeling superb already, and I’m going to put on a efficiency and have the most important struggle of 2025.”
Paul is approaching the fight looking to win and ‘upset a lot of people,’ He predicted that he’d knock the undersized Davis out.
