Kanye West accused of punching man at Chateau…

Kanye West is being sued for allegedly sucker-punching a man at the Chateau Marmont last 12 months, knocking him unconscious before repeatedly punching him as he lay defenseless on the ground, according to a Los Angeles lawsuit.

The blow allegedly knocked the man to the ground, where he struck his head and misplaced consciousness.

The plaintiff alleges he did nothing to provoke the assault and didn’t consent to any bodily contact.

Ye later accused the plaintiff of partaking in offensive and inappropriate conduct toward a lady in Ye’s celebration and repeated those claims publicly, exposing the plaintiff to “public scorn, suspicion, and ridicule,” according to the grievance.

The plaintiff claims video evidence from the scene exhibits he didn’t interact in any inappropriate conduct toward anybody in Ye’s group.

Ye claims the confrontation stemmed from an incident involving his spouse, Bianca Censori. In an interview on TheDownload podcast, the rapper claimed a man grabbed Censori as she walked to the restroom at the Chateau Marmont, prompting him to confront the person.

“My wife is walking to the bathroom at the Chateau and this guy just grabbed my wife,” Ye said. “She explained to me what happened so I walked over and found him… I talked to the guy like you just need to leave… and I’m like no it’s not ok, it wasn’t ok.”
