Listen to What Mamdani Says About Funding for

Socialist Zohran Mamdani is now the mayor-elect of New York City. 

Unfortunately for the town, they’re about to discover out what a unhealthy resolution they made. 

Mamdani not too long ago interviewed with PIX11 News’ politics managing editor and anchor Dan Mannarino, where he was requested about his plan for “free” buses and how he would pay for them. He was requested where he was going to get the $700 million that he would need for the plan if New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) was not for raising taxes.

Q: “How are you getting the $700M to make the buses free if the Governor is not for raising taxes?”

MAMDANI: “Through the raising of the state’s corporate tax.”

Q: “But she said no…”

Mamdani said one of the methods was through the raising of the company tax. That’s possible to make more companies flee the town. 

The interviewer interjected, “But she said no.” 

Mamdani also talked about personal income tax on those making over $1 million a 12 months. 

“The most important fact is that we fund it, not the query of how we do it, but that we do it,” he said. 

I’m sort of pondering that if you do not know how you are going to do it, that is perhaps a downside. But that’s just little logical me. I notice that when you are a socialist, money grows on trees and drops out of the sky from the magic fairies with pixie mud, but for most of the remainder of us, we have now to work out where our money is coming from to assist the issues that we wish. 

When you have got a man with a poor ideology and, kindly said, a really restricted job background, perhaps these are questions that aren’t real to him. And New York City elected this. They’re about to discover out. 

Not only would you lose the income from the buses, but they are going to also turn into rolling homeless shelters. That’s going to be problematic for the riders and the drivers. That’s assuming this ever even occurs and wasn’t just a factor to dangle on the market to get people to vote for him. 

I can hear all the people planning on shifting out already. He’s ridiculous, and he hasn’t even began yet.

President Donald Trump can be assembly with Mamdani on Friday, and we’ll carry you info on that. They’re supposed to speak about affordability. But if that’s a pattern of Mamdani’s pondering, Trump is probably going to make mincemeat out of him and serve him up a literal actuality about how issues will work. He’s going to be told in no unsure phrases that New York cannot roll over federal law enforcement on unlawful immigration issues.
