Micah Parsons was in awe of the reception he acquired in his first recreation as a Packer.
Walking out of the tunnel for Sunday’s recreation against the Lions, which ended as a 27-13 win for Green Bay, Parsons said he had “chills” from the response from the followers.
Parsons was dealt in a surprising commerce to the Packers from the Cowboys after contract talks dragged on and made headlines after Cowboys proprietor Jerry Jones took perceived pictures at Parsons.
“I can’t lie, it gave me chills. This environment, the first time, how they embraced me, the fans. This was one-of-one,” Parsons told CBS Sports. “This was really just a blessing in disguise. When Jordan Love told me it’d be this nice, I could never have imagined it would be like this.”

Parsons returned the love he acquired with his efficiency against the Lions, beating proper sort out Penei Sewell on a number of events and pressuring quarterback Jared Goff.

“This can’t be real. Wake me up from the dream,” Diggs wrote on X with a video of the play.

“It’s something that I don’t think no player should have to go through,” he told reporters on Sunday. “I believe gamers’ fates needs to be determined earlier. The fact that I used to be traded a week before the season was actually outrageous and tough. It’s one thing where I might’ve been with these guys getting better and better and we might’ve had in all probability even more dominant start.
He added: “These guys embraced me. They believe in my talents. They believed in me and I’m just gonna give these guys everything I have because I know what’s at stake and I know what they gave up for me to be here and I’mma do what it takes for us to win.”
