Nani starrer The Paradise gets ‘A’ certificates; | Indian Movie News
The upcoming movie of Nani, fondly identified as the Natural Star by many, The Paradise, has acquired an ‘A’ certificates from the censor board, forward of its theatrical release on September 24, 2026. Directed by Srikanth Odela, the movie marks Nani and Odela’s reunion after their earlier collaboration Dasara.
The certification announcement comes as the makers continue the promotional marketing campaign for the movie. The Paradise has already unveiled its teaser and songs including ‘Aaya Sher’ and ‘Yeshanagula’, which have been launched forward of the movie’s theatrical debut.
Announcing the certification, the makers shared, “While the emotion of the film is for everyone… JADAL’s rawness is strictly for the adults.” The movie centres on Nani’s character Jadal, with the certification indicating that the movie is meant for grownup audiences.

The Paradise is produced by SLV Cinemas and is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 24, 2026. The movie will release in eight languages — Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, English, Spanish, Bengali, Kannada and Malayalam. In the past, Nani also had shared his pleasure about working with director Srikanth Odela while also expressing his happiness over the movie’s upcoming release.
The cut particulars
The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) requested for a number of cuts. The makers have been requested to exchange alternate visuals of crow on National Flag. The visuals of a pregnant girl in the start was requested to be modified. A foul phrase was allowed in one locations and muted in the remaining of the scenes. A scene of a character having a tattoo with foul phrase was coated with CGI. The phrase ‘denotified tribe’ was requested to be deleted.
The period of violent stabbing visuals have been decreased. In fact, ten other violent scenes replete with torture and blood spills have been eliminated. At three locations, phrases on armed battle against the nation have been modified or muted. A reference to a real-life assassination and historic event was muted. Similarly, a reference to a real-life cigarette model was requested to be censored.
Once these adjustments have been made, The Paradise was handed by the CBFC on September 21. The size of the movie, as talked about on the censor certificates, is 173.04 minutes. In other phrases, The Paradise is 2 hours, 53 minutes and 4 seconds long.
