After launching the award-winning Hyperboot last 12 months, Nike has partnered with recovery instrument model Hyperice on another pair of high-tech footwear.

In a press release printed Monday, Nike announced the Air Zoom Hyperslide, the second product in the model’s growing line of wearable recovery technology.
Building on the technology that powers the Hyperboot compression boot, the $249 slide is designed for anybody wanting to improve recovery — from athletes training for Hyrox to professionals who spend on day on their feet all day and everybody in between.
While the Hyperboot is designed to be worn before a workout as a warm-up, the futuristic-looking slide combines heat and vibration to help cut back stress and promote rest after training.
The backside of the shoe is constructed with the model’s patented Air Zoom cushioning, designed to maximize consolation and recovery.
But the real star of the shoe is its vibration technology, delivered through a detachable magnetic Hyperslide Pod housed inside the slide’s adjustable strap.
The pod delivers three ranges of heat, reaching a most of 117 levels, along with three vibration ranges settings that run in 15-minute intervals.
