Actress Kim Delaney, was arrested on felony assault costs, Fox News Digital confirmed.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, deputies from the Marina Del Rey Station responded to a home disturbance at Delaney’s residence on Saturday at roughly 9:45 a.m.
After an investigation by deputies, Delaney was arrested for an assault with a lethal weapon and her associate, James Morgan, was arrested for battery.
Delaney was booked into the Marina del Rey Sheriff’s Station at 10:15 a.m. and charged with assault, prone to produce gross bodily harm.
The “NYPD Blue” actress was assigned to the station at 11:30 a.m., and remains to be detained, based on the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD).
Morgan bailed out on a $20,000 bond on Saturday. Both Delaney and Morgan are scheduled to look in court docket on April 1.
