The San José Police Department mentioned in an e mail to The Times on Monday that 44-year-old resident Richard Tillman was booked on costs of arson after he allegedly drove a car into the Almaden Valley Station Post Office at around 3 a.m. Sunday and triggered the box foyer space to catch fire.
