Phil Mickelson has never been one to maintain back his political opinions on social media, and now he is calling for the arrests of distinguished figures.

Conservative X consumer Mila Joy shared a controversial checklist on her account, in search of enter on further names. Her post read, “Current top 10 checklist of who Kash Patel wants to arrest: 1. George Soros 2. Tim Walz 3. Barack Obama 4. Joe Biden 5. Tim Walz 6. Gavin Newsom 7. Ilhan Omar 8. Adam Schiff 9. Hillary Clinton 10. Anthony Fauci. Who did I miss?”

Without hesitation, Mickelson responded: “There’s plenty more but this is a great start!” offering no justification for why any of these people ought to face arrest.

It’s far from the first time Mickelson has pushed the agenda. Back in 2022, he denounced the Saudis as “scary motherf——” due to human rights points, yet subsequently joined the Saudi-funded LIV Golf circuit, describing it as a “once in a lifetime opportunity to reshape how the PGA Tour operates”.

He’s also weighed in on newly elected New York mayor Zohran Mamdani. Beyond Mamdani, Mickelson has shared his ideas on Bernie Sanders-related content, making his stance unmistakably clear.

Responding to one specific video that garnered 67,000 views and 6,500 likes, Mickelson declared, “The extreme left and extreme right need to be disregarded.

“They are going to vote a sure approach and should not open to logic and motive. The center left and proper need to work together and discover a compromise. No need to even have interaction the acute on both sides, it is a waste of time.”

When an X user asked Mickelson, “Are you planning on working for workplace?” he responded simply, “No.”

Mickelson also didn’t hesitate with sports media personality Stephen A. Smith.

In a video posted on X, Stephen A. Smith retorted, “What you’re saying is, ‘no person wants to make more than a certain quantity of money.’ Who the hell are you to say that? This is America… That’s not gonna fly.

“Ladies and gentlemen, I’m telling you right now, the democrats, AOC and Mamdani and people like Bernie Sanders… if folks like that take over the democratic party… one of two things happening. The democratic party is toast… or America is.”

To this, Mickelson succinctly responded, “Hard to argue.”

Mickelson, a six-time major winner, has also spent over 25 years among the world’s top-50 golfers.
