Ferguson, meanwhile, will lose her “Duchess of York” title. She “will always stand by Andrew,” sources told Page Six.
On Thursday, Buckingham Palace launched a assertion asserting the bombshell news.
“His Majesty has today initiated a formal process to remove the Style, Titles and Honours of Prince Andrew,” the assertion started. “Prince Andrew will now be known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. His lease on Royal Lodge has, to date, provided him with legal protection to continue in residence.”
Andrew was ordered to “surrender” his lease on the royal lodge and “move to alternative private accommodation.”

“These censures are deemed necessary, notwithstanding the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him,” the assertion continued.
The palace didn’t title former intercourse offender Jeffrey Epstein, but it was launched amid contemporary stress on the royals and contemporary allegations that Andrew saved ties with the late convicted pedophile and intercourse offender years after Andrew claimed to have cut ties with Epstein.
