Priscilla Presley has revealed that Elvis Presley rang her while she was in mattress with Kim Kardashian’s father in her forthcoming memoir. The 80-year-old is set to release her second e book, Softly, As I Leave You: Life After Elvis, on Tuesday, September 23.

After her divorce from Elvis and romance with karate teacher Mike Stone, Priscilla subsequently began relationship Hollywood lawyer Robert in 1975. She revealed they initially met through a mutual good friend who was seeing Robert’s brother, Tom, at the time. Nevertheless, the connection wasn’t destined to last, as Robert’s high-pressure profession meant the couple might not often spend high quality time together. She disclosed that Robert was keen to marry, but Priscilla was reluctant to rush into matrimony following her divorce. The former pair continued as pals, with Priscilla revealing that Robert’s daughter, Kim Kardashian, telephoned her from the hospital just before his death from cancer in 2003.

In her memoir, she wrote: “Robert and I had one last conversation before he died. He was the kindest of men, and I remember him with great affection.”

Yet there was one explicit incident during their relationship when Priscilla’s former husband, Elvis, telephoned at an inconvenient second. Elvis reportedly contacted her at 2am while she was in mattress with Robert.

It was reported that the legendary performer was keen to focus on one of his latest exhibits at the time, but he was unaware that his former spouse was in mattress with another man. Priscilla went on to declare: “He’d have gone ballistic, maybe literally, if he’d known Robert was in my bedroom. Elvis always carried a loaded gun, sometimes more than one.”

She revealed that Elvis remained unaware of her romance with Robert, while Kardashian never found the uncomfortable phone dialog.

Robert subsequently married Kris Jenner in 1978, with the pair welcoming 4 youngsters: Kourtney, Kim, Khloe and Robert Jr.

Priscilla also discusses her daughter Lisa Marie in her latest memoir. Lisa Marie Presley died unexpectedly in January 2023. She has now revealed the heartbreaking second she was pressured to swap off her daughter’s life help.

She penned: “I knew from the first moment I walked into Lisa’s hospital room that she was already gone.

“She was hooked to a machine that was respiratory for her, and she had a heartbeat. There was little mind exercise. Her spirit, always so important, wasn’t there.”

She revealed that her granddaughter, Riley Keough, sensed Lisa Marie’s passing, despite not reaching the hospital in time.

“Riley later told us that while she was still on her flight, she had felt her mom’s spirit move,” Priscilla continued. “But none of us was prepared to give up yet.”
