Pro-Castro Groups Launch Fundraising Effort

Within minutes of U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche’s announcement of homicide fees against Cuban chief Raúl Castro, leftist teams immediately leaped to the withered outdated commie’s protection, and within 9 minutes, according to one account, began fundraising. This, again, just goes to show that there’s no communist dictator so vile that the American and worldwide left will not help him.

On Saturday, Fox News launched the first in a multi-part investigation into these teams and what they’re doing. 

Just 9 minutes after U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche announced homicide fees against Cuban chief Raúl Castro for the 1996 shootdown of two civilian plane flown by exile group Brothers to the Rescue, a coordinated speedy response community was already mobilizing across the U.S. to defend Castro and the Communist Party of Cuba.

At 1:54 p.m. on Wednesday, the Party for Socialism and Liberation, a Marxist political group deeply embedded in a “Hands Off Cuba” marketing campaign, revealed six pre-produced graphics denouncing the indictment as a “BASELESS INDICTMENT OF RAUL CASTRO” and “A PRETEXT FOR ANOTHER WAR.”

Another battle? With what? Cuba could not fend off a troop of Cub Scouts wielding Swiss Army knives at the second. But that’s the hysterical left for you; for all that the left claims to be anti-war, they sure appear to carry up battle with breathless anticipation every time some desiccated outdated commie thug is taken out of play.

But wait! There’s more!

Hours later, at 3:18 a.m. early Thursday morning, Vijay Prashad, government director at Tricontinental, a Marxist assume tank, wrote on X, “Cuba is not a menace to the world. The United States is a menace to the world. The world stands with Raúl Castro, hero of the Cuban Revolution. The world turns its back on Donald Trump, clown of human destruction.” Manolo De Los Santos, government director of the People’s Forum, a New York-based nonprofit, shared the message without a phrase, as did leaders from CodePink, another leftist group.

Then, 24 hours after Blanche’s announcement, at 1:46 p.m. on Thursday, BreakThrough News, a media platform aligned with the same activist ecosystem, revealed a video that includes defiant Cubans, with one man declaring, “We won’t hand over Raúl.”

The only purpose Cuba is not a menace to the world is that a long time of communist lunacy have lowered that once-prosperous island nation to a poverty-riddled hellhole. Oh, it is a near-certainty that Cuba’s commie management all have golden parachutes, in the shape of bank accounts in Switzerland or the Cayman Islands. But the people of Cuba? They’ll be better off when the Cuban commies have been defenestrated.

According to the Fox report, the Justice and Treasury departments are already trying into the assorted American (I take advantage of the time period “American” right here in the broadest doable sense) teams that are fundraising and lobbying on behalf of the commie Castro and his fellow vacationers.
