Rangers goalie sparks benches-clearing fight with…
A benches-clearing fight broke out between the Rangers and Red Wings after the ultimate horn rung out on the Blueshirts’ 2-1 home loss Sunday night time.
Detroit ahead Mason Appleton shot the puck into the Rangers’ empty web after the sport ended, and that didn’t seem to sit effectively with Rangers goalie Jonathan Quick, who stopped 40 of the Red Wings’ 42 pictures in the defeat.
Quick went after Appleton in the Rangers’ end of the ice, and soon gamers from both groups rushed over as a bigger skirmish started.
