According to reviews, the now-dismantled system included over 300 servers and 100,000 faux SIM playing cards that might have been used to overwhelm the 911 community and disable large parts of town’s cell tower community. 

The dismantled system consisted of over 300 SIM servers and more than 100,000 SIM playing cards unfold within a 35-mile radius of the United Nations headquarters. Investigators say the community might have blacked out mobile service and flooded emergency response channels with spoofed visitors.

As of this writing, no broader plot has been related to the system. 

According to investigators, the community had the capability to jam 911 calls, take down cell towers and cripple town’s communication infrastructure at its most susceptible second.
