Following new claims of home violence and the leak of a video from a 2023 incident, Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paul is now dealing with legal motion from ex Dakota Mortensen, who has filed a restraining order against her and filed for full custody of their two-year-old son.

Now, following the video leak and Taylor’s season being canceled by ABC, particulars of their more current altercation have been unveiled as Dakota headed to court to take motion against Taylor, 31.

According to court paperwork obtained by GWN, Dakota not only filed for a protecting order against Taylor on Tuesday, March 17, but is also in search of full custody of their son, Ever True, 2.

The pair at present co-parents their son.

In the docs, Dakota particulars his model of the occasions that came about on February 23 and February 24 of 2026.

He claimed he also suffered bruises and lacerations in the assault, and was “genuinely concerned” for his security and Ever’s security and well-being.

He is in search of non permanent custody of Ever and also requesting that Taylor not drink or use medicine during her parenting time.

GWN also later obtained pictures exhibiting both Dakota and Taylor’s ex-husband, Tate Paul, have been in court in Utah on Tuesday to get hold of separate protecting orders against Taylor.
