A finalist from The Traitors has shared an emotional assertion about his time on the BBC show as he opened up one factor that he actually struggled with. James Baker, who made it to the ultimate six contestants in the fourth sequence, took to Instagram to share how onerous it was to cope without his spouse for a number of weeks, as he admitted it was “something I’d never want to experience again”.

Sharing a snap of him and his other half on the social media platform, James expressed how he “struggled to rein in his rampant ADHD” as he confirmed gratitude in direction of his companion. He captioned the post, writing: “Delighted to have shared the encore of this whirlwind adventure with my incredible partner. Honestly…I’d be nothing without this truly phenomenal, endlessly fascinating and amazing lady! I struggled badly to rein in my admittedly rampant ADHD without my trusty sidekick guiding and supporting me during filming. Watching it back has been fun, yet sometimes hard on a personal front. A free full-on psychological assessment in a uniquely intense, gripping environment, that happened to be shared with millions of people, if you will! An extreme version admittedly, but I’m happy to confirm that guy you saw on screen was still most definitely me!

He went on: “But…3+ weeks away from my tremendous brood, with no communication, was one thing I’d never want to expertise again, I can inform you.

“The additional demands this experience has put on my tight-knit family unit from a little seaside town, who’ve been through some uniquely challenging times these last few years anyway, cannot be underestimated.

“But if something, it’s introduced us even nearer. I do know, I do know..first world issues ‘n that. Glass half-full all the way in which.”

James concluded: “I still completely cherished taking part in the sport and have no regrets, imagine me!! I gave it my all. Although I’ll not have gained The Traitors, I’ve already gained the final word prize in life….this stunning girl and my pretty household. I owe them all the pieces.”

They were each given a wooden box, and the one that revealed a shield was saved. Unfortunately, James’ box was empty, meaning that his time on the BBC show had come to an end.
