I imagine in the First Amendment, and I imagine all these bloodthirsty commentators have the appropriate to say what they need without being jailed. That doesn’t imply that they’re merely “entitled” to jobs and paychecks, however.  You can say what you need in the United States—but no one ever said there wouldn’t be penalties.
