- Judge Loren AliKhan (D.C.) granted plaintiff’s movement for abstract judgment in Aviel v. Gor (concerning the elimination of unbiased company leaders).
- Judge Paul Friedman (D.C.) granted plaintiffs’ movement for a preliminary injunction in Federal Education Association v. Trump (concerning the termination of collective bargaining agreements).
- Judge Stephanie Gallagher (Maryland) granted abstract judgment to the plaintiffs on 5 of the six counts of their criticism — BUT…she did also grant the administration’s movement to dismiss one of those counts — in American Federation of Teachers v. Dept. of Education (concerning the banning of DEI-related programming).
