Wheel of Fortune contestant dubbed most annoying | TV Shows

Wheel of Fortune’s last contestant was dubbed the “most annoying contestant ever” because of his strange behavior.

Lately, the popular game show’s viewers have been slamming contestants left and right after major blunders and confusing mispronunciations. They even took a dig at Vanna White as they claimed she “needs to retire” or be “replaced.”

Fans’ latest target is P.J. Wilder, a house husband who appeared on the show’s Monday night segment.

The tall man was on the viewer’s radar from the start as he took the stage with a tremendously tall height and a unique mustache, which he admitted was inspired by Hercule Poirot, a character from one of Agatha Christie’s detective novels.

As the show went on, P.J. started to frustrate many when each of his correct guesses was followed by a yell. His reactions weren’t perceived as any less annoying when he would lose. Once he made a mistake, his agitation was equally as apparent and loud.

Their frustration grew when he went into the Speed Up puzzle and his guess was counted, despite his pause between the last words, which also came at the same time as the buzzer.

The contestant loudly begged the judges to accept his answer and when they agreed, he proceeded to yell in thrill, saying: “Let’s f**king go!”

Although he upset many in the audience and viewers at home, P.J. went home with a prize fund of $74,860, including a new Mini Cooper S Signature Convertible.

Wheel of Fortune airs on ABC every weeknight at 7:30 pm EST.
