The actress, famed for her position as Lydia Chambers on the enduring cleaning soap, introduced the arrival of her daughter Oriana with husband Dan Acraman, two years after their first little one Aurora was born.

Taking to Instagram to share the pleasant information, she launched her “little girl gang’s” newest addition, Oriana, to her followers, saying: “Introducing the newest member of my little girl gang, the adorable Oriana.”

Oriana, a title steeped in Latin heritage, shares its golden connotations and dawn-related meanings with her sister’s title, Aurora, both hailing from the Latin ‘aurum’ for gold and ‘oriens’ for daybreak or dawn.
