On December 29, Anthony Joshua was fortunate to escape with just accidents in a fatal car crash that claimed the lives of two people.
Earlier this month, Joshua revived consideration to his profession after a dominant victory over YouTuber Jake Paul. The public thought of the battle with the influencer a lose-lose for ‘AJ’, but after he landed a crushing proper hand to knock his opponent out in the sixth spherical, alternatives arose, setting him up for a big 2026.
Those plans might now be put on maintain after Anthony Joshua was concerned in a car crash during a post-fight vacation in Nigeria. As he visited Africa to reconnect with his ancestral roots, the elite boxer was a passenger in the rear seat of a car that collided with a stationary truck parked on the aspect of the highway.
Investigations led by Nigeria’s Federal Road Safety Corps recommend that the car carrying Joshua was touring over the pace restrict and misplaced control, crashing into the truck.
Of the 5 males in the car, two had been unhurt, Joshua sustained minor accidents, and two others died.

Further studies recommend that the 2 males who misplaced their lives in the crash are close pals of Anthony Joshua.
One of the boys, Sina, was his strength & conditioning coach. Sina has been working with Joshua for years, most not too long ago during his preparation for the assembly with Jake Paul.
The other unlucky casualty was a man named Latz. Also referred to as Latif, the person was both Joshua’s best pal and his personal coach.
Badou Jack confirms one of those who handed away in today’s accident was Latz and the other was Sina, who had been both close with Anthony Joshua.

The wreckage was extreme. The SUV carrying Joshua and his workforce was unrecognisable after the collision.
Images have surfaced online of the harm the car endured, with Joshua seen sitting in seen pain as the front-end of the vehicle was fully mangled.
