Lindsey Vonn pulled back the curtain on her current love life as she gears up for an unprecedented comeback run.

Now back to full strength, Vonn revealed that she is totally targeted on herself during this yr’s Olympics — which mark the first Games that the gold medalist might be single at. “I have never been single going into any Olympics in my life,” Vonn told SELF.com’s Erica Chidi. “So I’m excited to try that out. It’s been really nice to just be focused on myself.”

Vonn was beforehand married to fellow skier Thomas Vonn from 2007 to 2013 before getting engaged to hockey participant P.Okay. Subban, though it was her romance with Tiger Woods that drew the most headlines.

Following nearly three years together, Vonn shared on Facebook that she and Woods determined to mutually break up due to their equally demanding existence as skilled athletes. “After nearly three years together, Tiger and I have mutually decided to end our relationship,” Vonn wrote on May 3, 2015.

“I will always cherish the memories that we’ve created together. Unfortunately, we both lead incredibly hectic lives that force us to spend a majority of our time apart. I will always admire and respect Tiger. He and his beautiful family will always hold a special place in my heart.”

“I’m not doing this to prove anything to anyone. I’m doing this because I think I can do well, it’s a meaningful place for me, and I think I can make a positive impact… But I don’t have to. I’m going to stand on the starting gate with a lot of clarity, and a lot of perspective, and a lot of wisdom and knowledge that you don’t have when you’re younger. I think my age in this scenario is an advantage, and I’m gonna use that to the best of my ability.”
