Phil Mickelson’s membership at The Farms Golf Club in Rancho Santa Fe, California, was reportedly terminated after a feminine club worker accused the 55-year-old of “inappropriate contact.”

Several inside sources acquainted with the scenario told Golf Digest that Mickelson allegedly approached the unnamed worker at the clubhouse earlier this spring before making “nonconsensual and inappropriate physical contact” with her. The workers member immediately rebuffed his advances, subsequently reporting the LIV Golf star’s conduct to her supervisors.

As Mickelson – who continues his LIV Golf absence amid Saudi funding silence – performed through a spherical, club officers promptly launched a review and investigation into the staffer’s allegations. A consultant for Mickelson maintained that any “misunderstanding” surrounding the incident had been “cleared up,” stating: “Phil continues to attend to a family health matter and is uncertain when he will be able to return to professional golf.”

Defamation lawyer Tom Clare also told Golf Digest he was representing Mickelson and contended that the allegations against his shopper had been “squarely contradicted by objective, video evidence.”

However, Golf Digest couldn’t find any video footage of Mickelson’s interplay with the feminine workers member, as a consultant from The Farms acknowledged there was no video capturing “any direct interaction” between the 2.
