18 years after we last noticed the animated incarnations of Aang and Team Avatar on our screens, a new “Avatar: The Last Airbender” movie is about to hit streaming.
“Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender” is a feature-length movie headed to Paramount+ on July 25. It comes from the TV collection’ authentic creators Bryan Konietzko and Michael Dante DiMartino and was directed by “ATLA” storyboard artist Lauren Montgomery.
The new movie follows Aang, now an grownup, and the remaining of Team Avatar as they uncover Tagah (Dave Bautista), an historical surviving airbender, and be a part of him in looking for an airbending workers to convey back the Air Nomads.
