Darren Till explodes on 'fraud' Jake | MMA News
Most Valuable Promotions announced on Monday Jake Paul’s next opponent and to a lot of people’s shock it wasn’t Darren Till. Paul will instead take on multiple-time kickboxing champion Cédric Doumbé.
According to Till, the 2 had been deep into negotiations with a number of particulars lined out. He was shocked by Monday’s announcement and called Paul a ‘fraud.”
“Me, in contrast to the remaining, I’ve never actually begged for the Jake Paul struggle. I’m not into the shenanigans of begging for fights. You know, I’ve talked about his identify once or twice, you understand, I’ll struggle him, but his crew reached out to my crew and was like, look, we would like to make the Till struggle. How will we get this carried out? So, clearly, that’s not my function or my job. That’s down to the managers,” Till said on the Ariel Helwani Show.
“I do know they had been back and forth, you understand, negotiations over money and stuff like that. And from what I’m gathering, negotiations had been going nicely. I feel we agreed on like a price and clearly it was going to be right here in Dubai the twenty fourth of December where I live. As I said, they reached out to me. I didn’t attain out to them.
“For me, I assumed we had been all good to go. I’ve been in camp now for the past two weeks with my coach. I flew him out. Getting prepared, you understand, seven weeks away, proper around the nook. It would have been my third struggle this 12 months and big fights as nicely. And I don’t know where this f**king that struggle will get announced with Cédric Doumbé. I don’t suppose anybody outdoors of his own family even is aware of who he’s. Jake most likely just needs to see how his jaw’s holding up against somebody who weighs about 150 kilos on a good day.”
Till discovered he wasn’t preventing Paul when the Doumbé announcement was made. He criticized the matchup, the promotion and its founders.
“It’s just a fraudulent show. Everyone’s a fraud. Jake’s a fraud. Nakisa Bidarian’s a little fraud. Wasting my time,” he said. “Disrespectful. As I said, the fraud show. Gang of frauds, gang of bums, gang of smelly little moist asses.”
