Sheriff John Budensiek from the Martin County Sheriff’s Office told reporters in the hours following the incident that noticed his Range Rover be overturned, Woods consented to breathalyzer testing, which registered 0.00 p.c blood alcohol content, but refused urinalysis, leaving one facet of the crash uninvestigated due to Florida law. Woods’ mugshot was made public on Saturday, displaying the 15-time major winner in a blue polo shirt that matched the apparel he was carrying at the scene of the accident.

Sheriff Budensiek disclosed that although Woods sustained no accidents, he appeared to be impaired by one thing in addition to alcohol. “Again, he was lethargic on scene, but that, we believe, was because of what he was intoxicated on,” he told reporters. It comes after it was revealed that the Secret Service banned Woods from driving President Donald Trump’s grandchildren prior to the DUI arrest.

Reacting to the news of Woods’ latest brush with the law, Barstool chief Portnoy has recommended police “put him behind bars, put him in jail for a little bit” to wake him up as he makes an attempt to stage a return to the PGA Tour after present process another back surgical procedure, following on from a prolonged Achilles lay-off.

“I don’t care if he’s abusing pills, I don’t care if he’s got an abuse problem, alcohol problem, a drug problem, a banging blonde problem, I don’t care about any of those problems. But you can have somebody drive you. Yeah, I mean, he’s rich, rich.

“He should have a driver with him wherever he goes. There is no excuse, and I know our guy, Riggs, is trying to protect him so he can make a little video when they’re on their knees, hitting a golf ball. It’s like, oh, Tiger hits it farther than us on his knees. You think you guys are like scrubs, and he’s the best golfer of all time. I don’t care about those videos protecting him.

“When you get behind the wheel impaired, you’re not just putting yourself at risk; you’re putting anybody else on the road, innocent people. So, you can’t really make light of it. I have no sympathy for the guy. What does he do? I don’t know anybody who has ever rolled a car over.

“This guy rolls it over every two weeks. So, you know what? Put him behind bars, put him in jail for a little bit, make him wake up. Again, I don’t care. I have a lot of vices, and I like a lot of vices. My vices only put me in jeopardy, and nobody else. When you get behind the wheel, just get a driver. It’s not hard.”

Portnoy didn’t stop there. He recommended that Woods get a driver before he kills someone. “By the way, the speed limit in these towns he lives in is like four miles per hour. He’s rolling cars over left and right,” Portnoy continued. “I’ve never been a Tiger guy. He’s one of the guys I root against.

“But this is serious. I’m not saying anything nobody in the world is saying. It’s not funny anymore. It’s not like, oh, he’s rolling over cars. He’s Tiger being Tiger. Get a driver. You’re going to kill somebody. You’re going to kill somebody innocent.”
