Disney Actress Reveals Why Snow White Bombed, | Political News

Disney’s live-action reboot of the basic “Snow White” bombed at the box workplace for many causes, not the least of which was that its “star,” Rachel Zegler, turned out to be a poisonous wokester who cared more about sounding off on her left-wing politics than she did about making a high quality movie.

But now the other star in the film, Gal Gadot, who performed the Evil Queen, is revealing the coercion she felt from the Hollywood elite to criticize her home nation, Israel.

There was a “lot of pressure,” the former IDF soldier revealed:

Actress Gal Gadot said the live-action Snow White remake floundered at the box workplace due to stress in Hollywood to criticize Israel, during a current interview on Israel’s Channel Keshet 12 program “The A Talks.”

“I was sure that this movie was going to be a huge success, and then October 7 happened — and what’s happening in all kinds of industries, and also in Hollywood — is that there’s a lot of pressure on celebrities to speak out against Israel,” Gadot said.

Woke ‘Snow White’ Rachel Zegler Just Burned Disney to the Ground With Her Comments on Trump Supporters

Zegler, who was in her own thoughts a “star” and thought everybody needed to know her opinions, poisoned the environment around the movie before it even premiered:

“Snow White” grossed $205 million worldwide, falling short of its reported $270 million funds. Gadot performed the Evil Queen, while Rachel Zegler starred as Snow White. The movie was mired in controversy, largely stemming from Zegler’s inflammatory social media posts.

In November 2024, after President Donald Trump was re-elected, Zegler posted, “May Trump supporters and Trump voters and Trump himself never know peace,” and “F— Donald Trump.” She beforehand wrote “And always remember, free Palestine” beneath a trailer for “Snow White” in August 2024.

Gadot had different opinions:

“You can always explain and try to give people in the world a context about what’s happening and what the reality is here, but in the end, people decide for themselves. I was disappointed that the movie was greatly affected by that and didn’t do well at the box office,” Gadot said.

From harassment to boycotts, the message is clear: keep silent or pay the price.

Gal had to “clarify” her phrases, but the reality is still there. Jewish voices are being silenced, and the industry is rewarding it.

From the antisemitism we noticed on our nation’s campuses after the atrocities of the Oct 7, 2023, Hamas assault to the refusal of New York mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani to condemn the phrase “globalize the intifada,” we’ve seen a sickening cycle of acceptance for hate and intolerance. “Snow White” was doomed from its start—deservedly so. If only Disney—and Hollywood—would be taught from their failure.

So many Hollywood “stars” appear to have gone off the deep end and devoted themselves to far-left causes that common Americans have no curiosity in.
