Doctors warning as popular drink raises risk of stroke by 300% -……
A mind specialist has issued a terrifying alert about a widely consumed beverage that might dramatically heighten your risk of dementia. Dr Clint Steele cautions that diet sodas can spike stroke risk by 300% and dementia risk by 290%.
TheĀ 56 12 months outdated doctor who specializes in boosting mind healthĀ and stopping or probably reversing dementia and Alzheimer’s, has shared findings that have garnered more than two million views online.Ā He cites intensive research linking daily consumption of these drinks to severe health penalties. His advice is simple ā make the swap to water or tea before it turns into too late.
“There have been numerous studies to prove that this type of drink can be damaging to your brain and also to your body,”Ā Dr Steele explained.Ā Specifically, your cardiovascular system. But this particular research was very fascinating because what they did was that they tracked people’s eating and consuming habits over the course of seven years.”
He added: “And then what they did was they tracked them 10 years after that – to see who developed stroke and dementia symptoms. They discovered the people who drink diet soda on a daily foundation, at least one a day, had an elevated risk of stroke by 300%. And an elevated risk of dementia by 290%. These are chemical substances that are damaging your physique and mind.
“Instead, replace it with good stuff like water and tea. You don’t need these sugary drinks. Soda is just as damaging, but what we’re seeing in the research is that diet soda and these chemicals that are used for sweeteners are more damaging. Even if you drink it multiple times per week, it’s still damaging. Give it up.”
Dr Steele has spent 34 years focusing on mind wellness and dementia prevention, with his campaign stemming from devastating personal tragedy, experiences the Mirror.
He revealed: “My grandmother passed from dementia, and it is one of the saddest things I’ve ever seen, her not knowing me or even my mum, her daughter.
“She was in a care facility, and they might show her flash playing cards of varied fruits and animals – she would have no concept what they have been. Even though she didn’t know who I used to be, she would whisper in my ear, ‘Please, help get me out of right here. I just need to go fishing’. It broke my coronary heart, and I knew I needed to do one thing so others didn’t have to go through this.”
The healthcare professional delivered his alarming caution in a clip captioned: “Drinking this usually will increase your risk of stroke by 300% and dementia by 290%.”
The disclosure left countless viewers shocked. One follower, Billy, admitted: “I’m on approach out then as I drink a minimal of 10 cans of Diet Coke per day on a regular basis.”
Another user, Caz, responded: “No diet drinks and synthetic sweeteners in my home ever, real butter and real milk nothing synthetic it is unhealthy for you.”
Missy shared: “Husband has had diet sodas daily for many years. He was just recognized with dementia.” Jenny chimed in: “At least it wasn’t espresso! I’m good I hate diet soda.”
Pam remarked: “I’m the weirdo that only likes water and glowing water, cannot stand syrupy flavored soda and diet soda in explicit.”
However, not everyone agreed with the doctor’s assertions. Ette countered: “My mom had dementia and barely ever drink pop at all, so there’s that so.”
Brix added: “My dad has dementia and never drank a diet drink in his life.” A further respondent stated: “My grandmother lived to be 94. Drank Diet Coke on a regular basis and never had any health issues.” Another user questioned: “So why is my 92 12 months outdated mom in law still kicking it? All I’ve ever seen her drink for the last 40 years is Diet soda!”
