President Donald Trump shared a letter from evangelist Franklin Graham declaring that his soul was “secure” and he would spend “eternity in the presence of God.”
The October 2025 letter praised Trump for the ceasefire settlement between Israel and Hamas, and the return of the hostages from the Oct. 7, 2023, bloodbath. “This is an answer to much prayer,” wrote Graham.
“Jesus said, ‘Blessed are the peacemakers’ (Matthew 5:9) — and Mr. President, that is what you are.” The letter mentions Trump’s earlier issues about not being “heaven bound,” saying that no one particular person can save themselves.
“The only way to Heaven is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ,” said Graham. “If you accept that by faith and invite Him to come into your heart, you ARE heaven bound, I promise you.”
The letter ends with a quote from the Bible, saying that Trump can be saved if “you confess that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead.” Trump shared the letter on Truth Social with no extra commentary.

Since last 12 months, the president has made a number of feedback about whether or not he’ll go to heaven. Just last month, Trump puzzled about his destiny at the inaugural Board of Peace assembly.
The event, which invited 50 world leaders to talk about the state of current occasions, featured a weird speech from the president full of rambling tangents. During his remarks, Trump mentioned the afterlife, stating that he loves to “joke” and be “sarcastic” about what might occur after he dies.
“I hope to make it,” Trump said. “But I doubt I will, to be honest with you. A lot of you will. I’m not so sure.”
