DWTS fans fear fan-favorites exit after bulls-t | TV Shows

Dancing With the Stars fans have been blasting the judges all season long, even accusing them of favoritism when it comes to the scores they hand out, but some are starting to fear that one celeb is being focused by others for an early elimination with a marketing campaign to vote her off the show.

The competitors has been fierce during season 34 of the ABC hit, and there have been powerful eliminations as a end result, with stars who had respectable fanbases or who had been spectacular dancers being despatched home before others who haven’t fared as nicely with the judges.

And while Hilaria Baldwin, who was brutally cut from the show on Disney Night, alleged after the fact that she was “bullied” off of the show by “mean girls” online who “drowned out her fan base,” some fans are now expressing fears for one of the season’s front-runners.

Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Whitney Leavitt and her associate, Mark Ballas, have been top performers on the judges’ leaderboard throughout the season, either tying or having the solo top rating for 5 weeks out of the six the season has aired thus far.

However, some fans are beginning to categorical hate in direction of her, with many fuming that her past dance expertise gave her an unfair benefit. As such, they’ve threatened to wage a marketing campaign to get her voted off the show, comparable to one that Baldwin alluded to.

Now, taking to Reddit, one individual questioned the doable hate marketing campaign that they had seen that was mounting against her.

“I’m not a big fan of her but I do think she is undeniably killing every dance! BUT I saw an online campaign about sending her home next week,” the fan wrote. “Similar to what I saw right before Hilaria got eliminated. So if there was a huge upset and she went home, how would you feel?”

Many rapidly reacted to level out that it probably wouldn’t occur, though many famous if it did and was profitable, it might be loopy to them to see her go before Andy Richter, who has constantly stayed at the underside of the judges’ leaderboard.

“Let’s be real it would be absolute b–ls–t if Whitney left before Andy,” one individual said.

“If she leaves before Andy I think I’m gonna stop watching,” another wrote.

“Ugh. I really dislike any ‘vote them off campaigns’ on social media. Dogpiling is mindless gross behavior,” a third added.

“I do not vote for Whitney but I feel it is Andy’s time. While I don’t vote for either of the SLOMW or Alix, they have progressed further and done more than Andy. Who is adorable, but past the ‘keep the adorable older man’ time,” a fourth chimed in.

Others shared that they felt others can be more probably to be eradicated first, as they admitted they felt the “hate” campaigns wouldn’t have a lot success.

“Tbh I think if a ringer leaves soon it’s more likely to be Alix than Whtney,” one individual said.

“I don’t think it will happen. Whitney and Hilaria do not have comparable fan bases, imo. My hot take is that the Hilaria campaign didn’t actually have much of an effect–she was going to go home that week regardless,” another wrote.

“There is a snark page with 56 thousand people who hate Hilaria Baldwin. I don’t think the Whitney ‘campaign’ is comparable. Also Whitney’s pro is Mark, a longtime fan favorite. Gleb is controversial and garnered far less support,” a third identified.

Still, a few fans weren’t hesitant to level out it was still very doable that a marketing campaign against Whitney might work, as the show has been recognized for its shock eliminations over the years.

Past seasons have seen celebrities voted off even after receiving excellent scores the same night time they exited the competitors, including Heather Morris and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, as nicely as Simone Biles and Sasha Farber in Season 24, and Juan Pablo Di tempo and Cheryl Burke in Season 27.
