Tylor Chase is back on the streets.

The struggling “Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide” alum, 36, was anticipated to enter a rehab facility after being positioned on a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric maintain last week.

However, the former Nickelodeon star was reportedly launched from the maintain before having the ability to get the help he needed.

“They were supposed to hold him and then transport him to a detox facility that we had arranged,” former “Mighty Ducks” star Shaun Weiss told GWN on Monday. “Instead, they let him out without contacting any of us.”

Weiss and a Riverside resident named Jacob Harris have been major advocates of Chase ever since it was revealed that Chase was homeless and residing on the streets of the Southern California metropolis earlier this 12 months.

Harris discovered Chase back on the streets of Riverside after his 72-hour maintain last week, according to Weiss, and once again called a mental health disaster group to consider the troubled “Ned’s Declassified” alum.

The disaster group was said to have once again decided that Chase was a hazard to himself, and Weiss told the outlet that the homeless ex-Nickelodeon star was “smoking meth during the evaluation with no shoes or jacket in the freezing cold.”

Despite figuring out that Chase was a hazard to himself, the disaster group reportedly left him out on the avenue.

Weiss, who has been very open about his own battles with drug habit, told GWN that although he isn’t sure about what to do next concerning Chase, he’s been in contact with government members of the Screen Actors Guild to hopefully get both a political rep and the county of Riverside to step in and help.

It was first revealed that Chase, who starred as Martin Qwerly in “Ned’s Declassified” from 2004 to 2007, was residing on the streets of Riverside and battling drug habit via a TikTok clip shared in September.

The heartbreaking clip didn’t go viral until earlier this month, at which level fellow “Ned’s Declassified” alum Daniel Curtis Lee discovered Chase and checked him into a lodge.

“Tylor Chase and Cookie reunite with Ned on FaceTime. Well fed and safe from the rain. Hotel secured!” Lee, who starred as Simon “Cookie” Nelson-Cook on the hit Nickelodeon show, wrote on Instagram alongside a since-deleted video of their reunion. “One step closer to long term treatment.”

“I really believe we can get Tylor back on his feet and you know I’m super feeling it right now with the holiday season,” the “Zeke and Luther” alum, 34, added. “He’s on my heart often, on my mind often.”

Lee, however, returned to the platform hours later to reveal that Chase trashed the lodge room.

The former baby star was then discovered digging around in the grime behind a 7-Eleven by a Daily Mail reporter on Dec. 22.

After the reporter provided Chase food, he reportedly requested for marijuana instead before claiming that he will get “Prozac, Adderall, Sudafed, Wellbutrin or also Zoloft” from a psychiatrist.

More just lately, Harris took to Instagram on Christmas Day to affirm that Chase was admitted into a hospital to detox for medication.

“We finally got Tylor the help he needed,” Harris, who owns Shipwreck Barbershop in Riverside, shared at the time. “He’s currently receiving medical attention to get him healthy, to get him all better.”

But Chase was back on the streets just a few days later.
