Heroes, zeros from Jets’ loss to Ravens: Derrick…
Heroes, zeros and the full blitz from the Jets’ 23-10 highway loss to the Ravens on Sunday:
Hero
Derrick Henry. He overcame a sluggish first half with a pair of landing runs and completed with two receptions for 24 yards, as nicely.
Zero
Breece Hall. He had just juked and zigged and zagged his approach for a 40-yard reception when he was stripped and fumbled en route to the end zone for a rating that would have cut the Jets deficit to 20-17 in the fourth quarter.

Unsung Hero
WR John Metchie III. He proved to be the favourite goal, particularly on crossers, for Tyrod Taylor. He completed with six receptions for 65 yards on seven targets, with a 13-yard landing catch on third-and-10 in the first half.
Key Stat
10. As in, 10 consecutive dropping seasons for the Green and White.
Quote of the Day
“We don’t want to be 2-9, but I do understand this — there are some things that we’re doing, some underlying things that we’re doing, some foundational things that we’re doing that I am excited about. We just gotta make sure now the record catches up with those things that we’re building.”
