Vice President JD Vance blamed what he called “European elites” for supporting immigrants, main to the death of a British college pupil.

Henry Nowak, 18, was fatally stabbed by Vickrum Digwa in Southampton in December. Digwa, a Sikh, falsely claimed to police that he was the sufferer of a racist assault by Nowak, who is white.
