The news of Charlie Kirk‘s assassination has shocked the world. Love and prayers have been raining in from far and broad for Kirk and his household, with Joe Rogan being the latest to ship his condolences to all those affected.

Whether you agreed with his takes or not, being murdered at 31 years outdated and subsequently leaving behind a loving spouse and two younger youngsters should not befall anyone. In an attempt to share his concepts for the future of America while welcoming opposing views from the nation’s youth, Kirk suffered a deadly gunshot wound that rocked the nation.

Most have been floored by the news, and Joe Rogan was no exception. During an episode of his podcast with visitor star Charlie Sheen, both Rogan and Sheen have been visibly emotional after coming to the belief of what had just occurred.

“This just happened, we just found out that Charlie Kirk got shot,” Rogan said in sheer disbelief. “Is he dead? One of the guys out there just said that it was confirmed he was dead.”

Rogan continued.

“There’s going to be a lot of people celebrating this. It’s so scary. It’s so dangerous, too. To celebrate or in any way encourage this kind of behavior from human beings.”

“He’s not a violent guy. He’s talking, talking to people on college campuses. He wasn’t even particularly rude. He tried to be pretty reasonable with people.”

“He’s a very intelligent guy, whether you agree with him or don’t, and there’s a lot of stuff I didn’t agree with him on. That’s fine. You’re allowed to disagree with people without celebrating the fact they got shot.”

“What you’re supposed to do with a guy like that, if you’re opposing him, is debate him. Have a conversation where your argument is more compelling than his.”

“That’s what people should be celebrating: discourse. You know, we used to do that…”

“No one deserves this, folks. No one that has different opinions. No one deserves that. This is horrible…”

“It’s a f***ed up time. People are so divided in this country.”

“It’s just like, wow. Wow. Who decides that?”
