Tyrrell Hatton has fiercely dismissed claims that his LIV Golf colleague Jon Rahm regrets becoming a member of the controversial league and wishes a PGA Tour comeback.

Hatton, who emulated Rahm’s leap to LIV 11 months in the past, made it clear that the rumor holds no weight. When the star participant moved to the LIV collection, backed by Saudi money, many within the golf world hoped it might hasten peace negotiations between LIV management and the PGA Tour.

Rahm’s teammate Hatton responded to those rumors in an interview with the Daily Mail, dismissing them outright. He acknowledged: “Forgive me saying this but that is just media bull—-.

“People confirmed me some of the stuff that was written, however from being round Jon that is by no means even been a thought course of that crossed my thoughts. He’s actually loved it and he has actually performed some fairly good golf.”

Rahm notched victories in the UK and Chicago during his debut LIV season to become the circuit’s 2024 individual champion. Dismissing rumors of a desire to return to the PGA Tour, Rahm set the record straight.

“There’s zero validity to what any of that stated. I do not know the place it got here from,” Rahm instructed the New York Post on the time. “I do not know why they really feel the need to say that some of us are sad once we’re not.
