Jon Stewart’s Face Says It All After Kamala | Political News

We’ve been masking the remarks former Vice President Kamala Harris has been making on her ebook tour.

She’s definitely had some doozies. When describing the second she realized she’d misplaced, she hilariously said she was “inarticulate” but maybe “very articulate.” Inarticulate? How would this be different than any other day? Could there be a better description of her confused nature, admitting her own points?

Then, too, she was savaged by international reporters just asking her the basic questions that the American media ought to have, such as about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline. Her response to a BBC reporter was ridiculous. She also bought called out by an Australian reporter for not answering a query about Biden. Instead, she did what the reporter described as a “world-class pivot,” as she launched into one of her phrase salads.

Hoo Boy: Interviewer Nails Kamala on Biden Cognitive Decline Question

But her dialogue with Jon Stewart on his podcast, The Weekly Show, was value it, if just for how Stewart reacted.

Now, Stewart is not a journalist; he is an entertainer. But Stewart requested about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline. And I feel it is secure to say that he was shocked by her reply. Check his face throughout, it is one thing else.

“I believe he [Joe Biden] was fully competent to serve,” Harris said.

Stewart’s eyebrows went up. “Do you really?”

“Yeah, I do,” she insisted.

He then appeared at the digicam, in a “breaking the fourth wall” look, wanting like “What?”

“That surprises me, actually,” he replied.

“Yeah, I do,” she repeated. “There’s a distinction to be made between running for president and being president,” Harris claimed.” That’s something she bizarrely said to the BBC reporter, as well.

“What’s the excellence?” Stewart queried. He wasn’t buying it.

“Well, being a candidate for president of the United States is about being in a marathon at a sprinter’s tempo, having tomatoes thrown at you every step you are taking,” she said.

Stewart joked a little bit but then said that was a “exhausting case to make…that he did not have the stamina to run but he had the stamina to govern” because most people would think that being president was like “a marathon run at a dash with tomatoes being thrown at you.”

Exactly! This may be one of the dumbest talking points I’ve ever seen from Harris. I don’t know who okayed it, or what they were thinking, but it doesn’t make sense to the normal person. Being the president is actually much harder than just campaigning, repeating the same campaign speech, and saying, “Vote for me.” At least, if you are actually doing the job. We can see this with President Donald Trump: He’s flying abroad, holding numerous conferences, bringing peace and commerce offers. That takes a lot of work and time. Of course, Biden did not actually put in the same effort.

But if Kamala would not grasp that being president is far more concerned, that alone ought to be disqualifying, if she did not already have so many causes not to vote for her.
