Keegan Bradley doubles down on Ryder Cup strategy | Golf News


Justin Thomas, the two-time major champion, has been sidelined for Saturday’s foursomes matches at the Ryder Cup due to Team USA’s disappointing start.

Keegan Bradley’s squad is in dire need of a fast turnaround on Saturday after trailing 5 1/2 to 2 1/2 against Luke Donald’s European workforce at Bethpage Black, and Thomas will not be taking part in the foursomes matches.

Despite Europe’s dominant 3-1 win in Friday’s foursomes, Thomas is the only adjustment Bradley has made to his lineup. Cameron Young will step in for him, partnering with Bryson DeChambeau in the first match against Ludvig Aberg and Matt Fitzpatrick.
