Mayor Karen Bass called on Casey Wasserman to resign from his position as LA Olympics boss after his flirty electronic mail exchanges with Jeffrey Epstein madam Ghislaine Maxwell have been revealed last month in recordsdata launched by the DOJ.

“And my opinion is that he should step down. That’s not the opinion of the board,” the mayor said.
Bass’ feedback got here less than a week after bigwigs on the LA28 Executive Committee voted unanimously to keep Wasserman on as chairman of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
