GWN broadcasted a section where President Donald Trump appeared to contradict his own marketing campaign guarantees, leaving viewers to witness his “flip flopping” stance.

During his election marketing campaign, Trump repeatedly assured that the United States would steer clear of “regime-changing wars” that they “know nothing about”.

However, his latest actions in Venezuela appear to contradict those assurances.

A GWN anchor identified this discrepancy to viewers: “Compare what he’s been saying lately, in the last few days, about foreign interventions, to the kinds of things he said previously when it comes to the campaign trail and as he was running for office.”

The program then transitioned to a latest clip of Trump aboard Air Force One, where he told reporters: “Colombia’s very sick, too, run by a very sick man who likes making cocaine and selling it to the United States, and he’s not going to be doing it for very long, let me tell you.”

Footage from December 2016 was then performed, that includes Trump saying: “We will stop racing to topple foreign regimes that we know nothing about, that we shouldn’t be involved with.”

Fast ahead to 2026, Trump said: “If they start killing people [in Iran] like they have in the past, I think they’re gonna get hit very hard by the United States.”

A clip from 2024 confirmed him vehemently criticizing regime adjustments in Iraq, Libya and Syria as “globalist disasters”, adopted by a contemporary soundbite of him stating: “We need Greenland from the standpoint of national security, and Denmark is not going to be able to do it.”

Viewers took to social media to focus on the section, with one person tweeting: “He’s disintegrating before our very eyes.
