NJ Woman Who Had Enough of Anti-ICE Protesters

A 62-year-old girl has been charged with a number of offenses, including 4 counts of assault by auto, after driving through a crowd of anti-ICE protesters in Fairview, New Jersey on Saturday.

The incident came about as dozens of protesters marched through an intersection outdoors the Noches De Colombia restaurant. It was captured on video and posted to social media.

The video reveals the lady, recognized by police as Linda Roglen, slowly approaching the intersection in entrance of the restaurant when a stream of protesters crosses through the crosswalk. 

One man approaches her vehicle and seems to movement for her to stop. He seemingly says or does one thing, then turns back to the road of protesters. But Roglen lurches ahead and clips his foot in the method, knocking him to the ground.

It is at this stage that a number of protesters, one carrying a Puerto Rican flag as a cape, start surrounding her vehicle. Another shouts at her through a bullhorn.

Once she knocked him down – whether or not unintentional or not – the swarming protesters brought about an more and more harmful state of affairs. Did the protesters, including the spitter, escalate to FAFO by responding the way in which they did? They sure did, and three of them who suffered minor accidents apparently discovered.
