“They were told to move out,” a royal insider told Daily Mail this weekend. “I guess they were given somewhere else, but they were told they had to move.”
“They were not expecting it,” the source added. “Those houses are very close to the lodge, so they’re not going to want any Tom, Dick or Harry living in those houses if there are going to be royals there.”
The stunning development comes after it was revealed that William, Kate and their three youngsters are leaving Adelaide Cottage for a $21 million, eight-bedroom property called Forest Lodge in close by Windsor Great Park.
