SAG Awards viewers were all left feeling the same way as they streamed the Netflix red carpet show, with disappointment over one of the show’s hosts and the way she conducted her interviews.
While many were focused on the biggest fashion moments, including ones that saw comparisons to famous Disney villains, or the arrivals of honorees with unfavorable fandoms, some couldn’t stop finding themselves annoyed as celebrities stopped to chat with one of the hosts, Lilly Singh.
Singh co-hosted the red carpet alongside Sasheer Zamata, but her interviews quickly eclipsed much of what was going on as stars streamed in.
