Donald Trump’s announcement that he plans to take motion “very soon” with Venezuela obtained the consideration of Senator Lindsey Graham.
Graham turned to X to deal with Trump’s plans relating to land strikes in Venezuela, showering the President with reward.
In his post, he wrote: “I very much appreciate and respect the determination by President Trump to deal with the drug caliphate countries that inhabit our backyard — chief among them Venezuela.”
In addition to congratulating Trump on his decision-making, he criticized Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro saying he “has controlled a narcoterrorist state that is poisoning America and he has created alliances with international terrorist organizations like Hezbollah.”
Graham referred to Maduro as “an illegitimate leader” and believes he “maintains control of Venezuela by a reign of terror.”
Trump threatened the U.S. may “very soon” assault suspected drug runners on Venezuelan soil.
He made the feedback during a Thanksgiving deal with to U.S. servicemembers around the globe. He thanked the Air Force for its work in attacking ships in the Caribbean Sea his administration said is trafficking medication.
“It’s about 85% stopped by sea,” Trump said, “and we’ll be starting to stop them by land.”
He added: “Also, the land is easier, but that’s going to start very soon.”
