Stuffed Sweet Potato Recipe

Today we will be making a delicious healthy low-cost meal. I know there are many people who want to start eating healthy, yet think it is expensive to do so. Therefore, they tend to continue with their regular unhealthy diets just so they don’t break the bank.  Well, I’m here to tell you eating healthy isn’t always expensive. You can totally eat healthily and still save a ton of money.

Potatoes are nutritious and good sources of vitamin c, potassium, copper, manganese, niacin, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, and dietary fiber. Potatoes are extremely versatile, and incredibly filling, and may improve blood sugar control as well as improve your digestive health.  Its unfortunate potato is mostly consumed in an extremely greasy non-healthy way. Potato is the number one vegetable crop in the world. We’ll be making stuffed sweet potatoes, This is one of the easiest foods you could ever make. Without further ado, let’s begin with the recipe

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato
  • Spinach
  • Pecans
  • Cranberries
  • GHEE

Directions

Prick your potato with a fork, wrap it into a foil sheet and bake in an oven for 400fh for about an hour.
Heat up your spinach on a pan for about a minute or 2, Cut open your sweet potato after bake, mash up the sides a bit with your fork to loosen up the sweet potato, spread some GHEE on both sides, add your spinach, add a little bit of pink salt, add chopped pecans and cranberries.

  • Beans
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato sauce
  •  1 Boiled egg

Directions
